4 months with the ET5. 113 battery swaps at this point. I've used every London NIO Power station at least twice. let me tell you what it's actually like.
THE BEST EXPERIENCE (battersea): pulled up. car automatically connected. robotic arm appeared. 4 minutes 38 seconds. fresh fully charged pack. drove away.
felt like living in 2035.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE (the one in Wembley): system error on first attempt. waited 12 minutes for human assist reset. second attempt worked fine in 5 minutes.
happened once out of 113 attempts.
AVERAGE EXPERIENCE: 5-7 minutes. always faster than DC fast charging. always get a 90%+ SOH pack.
the thing people don't understand about swap: you're not just saving charging time. you're getting a guaranteed healthy battery every time. I never have to think about my battery degrading because the pack I drive away with is always quality checked.
